    I can see atleast one of those teams being annual World Series favorites for the next few seasons since their pitching is mostly young

    rays has a so called untouchable bullpen nothing the yanks do in the offseason will make their pen better then tampa..

    That is something they should have done after 2016 . Heck they could have done it after 2018 with the starting rotation and didn’t . So why expect differently now ? I expect this off season to be like 2018 .
