Bradley to the Phillies for 6m....damnit!!! another missed opportunity . They need to make some moves before all the good options are gone. Time for the to start making other moves besides DJ and circle back to him.

The teams that made all the early moves are going to be the ones that benefit from this market the most IMO

reading that the Yanks are in the early stages of discussing Gary Sanchez and Domingo German to the Colorado Rockies for Jon Gray, Tony Wolters and Raimel Tapia

Tapia is a 26yr old Lhed LFer who hit .321 with 1hr last yr, it seems like we would be Gardy's replacement

between the report on Ozuna and now this guy you gotta wonder if the hand writing is on the wall for Frazier to be moved for a starter?

Agree. Headliner in a package. Would love to be a fly in the Yankees war room.

The bidding on Corey Kluber is moving quickly and will likely reach a conclusion by this weekend. The two-time Cy Young Award winner threw for scouts Wednesday, in a session that went well.

Is this good news that the Yanks have signed DJ or does this mean they are likely out on Kluber

Tapia is a part time OF with a .285 lifetime average, but zero power. Wolters is a part-time catcher with a .230 lifetime average and zero power, but he is considered a pitcher whisperer. Jon Gray has a world of potential, but a lifetime ERA in the 4's with an ERA over 6 last year, with a partial demotion to the minors and a recall, plus shoulder inflammation in September and gave up 27 HRS. Hopefully, this isn't just a trade to sell low on German due to his off field issues and a complete give up on Sanchez and 30 HRs.

With all that being said, given where we stand right now, I'd love to see Didi at SS and DJ at 1B. I really think its a good time to sell high on Voit.

I really have to laugh when people say things like this. Couldn't he kill a rally batting 7th? 8th? 9th? Couldn't any player kill a rally batting 3rd?

According to a source the #Yankees preferred more years and less AAV in LeMahieu deal for luxury tax issues. Deal will be for more than 4 years

LeMahieu deal with Yankees expected to be 4-5 years and $85M-$90M, source tells The Athletic. Sides were still discussing a variety of structures last night

Source: #Yankees agree to $1.7 million deal with shortstop Hans Montero.

Second baseman DJ LeMahieu and the New York Yankees are finalizing a six-year, $90M contract, sources familiar with the agreement tell ESPN.

LeMahieu’s return to New York always felt inevitable. It took a while. But he wanted to be there and Yankees get top free agent target.
