We will blow them out 44-31.
I'm still so disappointed by some of these losses. I know on paper we should easily win this game but IDK. A lot will tell you if our team stays up to play. I'm not someone who wants or thinks Zim should be gone but if he starts to lose the locker room then you have problems.
I'll take another outcome like the Seattle and TN games. Close game, kids play well, we lose.
Losing sucks but we're not a real contender this year so I'd rather finish 3-13 than 6-10.
Zimmer is the less successful version of Dan Quinn. We lose this game then he should definitely be on the chopping block.

If you cant beat them, join them
I mean not really, at least outside of ATL Super Bowl run Zim is clearly better but they are somewhat in the same boat. The only difference is Quinn inherited an All Pro QB (overrated imo). Zim deserves at least 1 more year and while I wouldn't be entirely shocked if they moved on it also just wouldn't make sense money wise but hey, it's not my money lol.
No reason we should lose talent wise, but I really dont want to win.
Side note* I am glad the Falcons moved on from their past uniforms even if their current ones are not that great. Black Matte helmets look nice.

1-4 hole is almost impossible to more dig out of. I don't care what anyone says I want to see us win games damn it. There is a big difference if I thought we were the NYJ or NYG who are dreadful but we are not even close to being that bad. Now history has shown that teams that start 1-4 average 5 wins for the season.
Here is the good ole "only Minnesota can do this". Many of you have heard of DVOA ratings...well guess what, we are the 11th best team according to those rankings lol. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/st...fficiency/2020
8th on offense and 15th on defense. I felt we would make a run at some point and I had some gut feelings that we could have won at least 1 out of the Seattle/TN game so losing both of those really hurt. Our schedule in the second half is weak and it's possible we could make a run but we have to play almost perfect from here on out. Gotta beat some teams like GB, TB to even make that possible.
Our 4 losses have all come against teams in the top 10 of DVOA.
GB - #1 ranked offense
SEA - #3 ranked offense
TN - #5 ranked offense
INDY - #25 ranked offense (but carry the #1 defense).
So maybe we just got ****ed on the luck of the draw here. Oh and our lone win against Houston...ya they are ranked as #12 DVOA. So our 5 game schedule thus far has been against teams in the top 12.
ATL by comparison is 25th total DVOA.
Remaining schedule and total team DVOA rank:
ATL - 25th
GB - 6th
Lions - 24th
Bears - 23rd
Cowboys - 16th
Panthers - 14th
Jags - 26th
Bucs - 2nd
Bears - 23rd
Saints - 8th
Lions - 24th
Avg DVOA thru week 5 - 7.6 total team ranking
Next 5(starting with ATL) - 18.8 average
Final 6 - 16.16 average
Going off of just W/L based on DVOA we would finish 9-7. Which could get us into the playoffs.
Falcons closed their facility because of a positive test.
