This offense has had all the same problems since 2015. They went on one magical run so people didn't see it.

If this team loses to the Giants or the Dodgers in 2016, the narrative is so different about this entire run.

If you're a vulture and like to watch things roll over and die so you can pick at the carcass you should probably keep watching this Cubs/Marlins game.

Lol. Was just about to say we've scored more runs than the Reds this postseason!

I thought I was done being emotional invested in this year's team but apparently I was wrong. I really wanted the Cubs to be the organization to give Marlins their first playoff series loss but apparently the job will fall to ATL.

This wild card series feels oddly familiar to the 2008 against the Dodgers.

Nothing says end of an era quite like being on your way to getting swept by a team who would likely have one of the top 5 worst records in Baseball if this was a 162 game season.

They're going to blow this open now, aren't they. We don't even get to have an exciting finish to the season. Just gonna lose 4 or 5 to nothing.

I mean at least we didn't have to listen to that d-bag Arod call the game today.

Sweet, all this game was missing was a Kimbrel implosion.

This series reminds me of games 6 and 7 of the 2003 NLCS. Marlins with the young dominant arms and a timely hitting team with speed

If they lost in 2016, I have no doubt that a couple of these core guys would of been traded already in the last 2 offseasons
