Potential Playoff Edition: San Diego Padres @ San Francisco Giants - September 25-27

    .........................

SAN DIEGO PADRES (34-22) @ SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS (28-28)

    ORACLE PARK

    Game 1: Friday, September 25th @ 4:10 PM

    VS.
    Chris Paddack..........Tyler Anderson

    Scouting Report:
Padres: It's been a roller-coaster second season for Paddack, who has mixed dominant starts with poor ones from start to finish. He's currently on the fringe of the postseason roster and has one final chance to make a case with Friday's start.

Giants: Anderson gave up two unearned runs over 5 2/3 innings in his last start against the A's on Sunday. He is 2-2 with a 2.56 ERA in eight career appearances against the Padres.

    Game 2: Friday, September 25th @ 7:10 PM

    VS.
    Jeff Samardzija..........Dinelson Lamet

    Scouting Report:
Giants: Samardzija hasnít pitched since Aug. 7 due to injury, but heíll return as the 29th man and possibly make his final start for San Francisco. His five-year, $90 million contract expires at the end of the season.

Padres: It's Lamet's last chance to make his case for the National League Cy Young Award. The right-hander has been dominant this season and could also finish near the league lead in strikeouts. His slider has been absolutely devastating.

    Game 3: Saturday, September 26th @ 6:15 PM

    VS.
    TBD..........Johnny Cueto

    Scouting Report:
    Padres: TBD

    Giants: TBD

If Giants can't beat the Pads then they obv don't deserve a playoff spot. We need EYBS now more than ever!

Rays have tied the Phillies. Rays will have at least 2 2/3 more innings of the Phillies bullpen. I like their chances.
