1 was she asleep or awake.
2. Did the cops announce themselves as police before the thug bf started blasting?
3. Was the warrant legit, did they find anything or are we still waiting on that new warrant.
4. Why do they keep describing her as an emt if (at worst)was forced to lose the job or at the least quit.
5. Dead body in her rental car, plea deal to keep criminal record clean (true or not).

I can see the usual dismissal if it was a one off case but the precinct has a long history of abusive tactics and that can set a clear picture in court.

Something that has been going on for decades. I can understand the police attitude. Why all the uproar since we have been doing this for generations with the public silence approval? Besides the courts and DA are firmly on the cops side even when they are in the wrong.

I don't think a black man defending his home is a high priority for their bottom line. The far-right
and republicans in general, police departments buy a lot of their products. Why piss off their highest volume buyers over a minority's right? I am really surprised you are surprised. They never held a socially progressive view on race.

They initially got approval for a no-knock warrant (probably from an overzealous prosecutor) that got bumped down but was still executed as a no-knock warrant (someone should be going to jail just for that).

Honestly we need to shut down Kentucky and give our leaders time to figure out what the hell is going on there.

Also it seems the NRA's message is right. Black people need to arm themselves en masse to defend themselves from roving white bandits aka the police.
