15-17m/yr is rumored to be his asking price.
I see him getting in the 12-14m range.

Most of all if you trade for him and don't resign him then what?
    Wasted draft picks.
(Lol, this is going to be fun)

Maybe do our late first round for the bears second round? Would that jump be enough? Maybe first for Robinson and their 3rd?

He just turned 27. He's got a few peak years in him.
Looking at your numbers, I would say F' it and give him 15 per for 3 years. Go the extra mil

    (SWIDT?)

I think that the only way you trade for him is if you plan on extending him. Given that the Jets have no real, young WR talent they are developing other than Mims, I don't see why they wouldn't be interested in extending a talent like Robinson. Also, the draft capital given up would otherwise be used to get a guy you hope is as good as Robinson already currently is.

    No way he's worth a 1st.

I'd offer a 3rd and 5th, to see if the bears bite.
His value is probably in the low 2nd-top 3rd round.

This is why the Jets should have traded for Ngakoue.

Unless the Jets know Mims is that good, they better get Sam capable WRs pronto.

Agreed. I might not have been clear. I was suggesting, Our later first rounder for Robinson and their second round pick. So we get him for dropping back, 20 or so picks. We would still have our early first then have 2 seconds and 2 thirds.

Interesting but I'd rather keep the 2 1st rounders.
    Eyes on Rousseau and Pitts.

Besides if we really needed to, we could offer both 3rds and I doubt that offer would be topped by anyone.

Pitts baby!!!!!!!!! I am ALL IN on that train. Mullen has been raving about his improved blocking this year, so hopefully that just adds to his all-around skill set (or it could be the coach puffing up his star player, which heís been known to do).
