Had a small break before the series now another mid series. All to ensure Hayward gets back and gets comfortable.

That has nothing to do with it, its so the WCF can catch up and so they don't have to compete with MNF, nothing else.

Maybe he should go get couples massages with each ref and talk about his feelings. I donít disagree with what youíre saying but itís ridiculous that he has to ďlearnĒ to get back and play instead of whining.

And look, Iím not saying heís a bad guy. He seems to work extremely hard. He has his lapses where heís caught up in complaining but overall he plays really hard. At this point heís just susceptible to getting knocked off his game by a few possessions. Weíve lost 5 games this playoffs - 2 in OT, one on that last second shot, then last night. Those few possessions a night you werenít focused on are the ones Easy to correct and put you over the top in the games. Gotta clean it up. That simple.

I don't disagree, I think he doesn't take the best approach to things.

But, my point is, if they don't re-sign the right guys or some of the guys they end up signing, star or otherwise, aren't hard workers, then that's the type of stuff that ends up pissing James Butler off.

This is why I said what I did in the other thread about the offseason.

It's what came to mind for me too.

Butler was happy at every destination... At first.

It's once guys slack off or a coach rubs him wrong or they trade guys or don't re-sign guys or re-sign guys he thinks aren't worthy or re-sign guys he likes but then they "get content" aka not wanting to be in the gym by 2 AM.

Then Jimmy Buckets turns into James Cancer.

On the floor, I like the dude. Off the floor, I can relate or at minimum see where's he's coming from.

But trying to be the gate keeper on who works hard or not is silly to tear an entire team and organization up for.
