Guess I should’ve add that in. I don’t necessarily think it’s one or the other. I think they’re both one of the best at what they do. Meant more so IF you were to make cases this wouldn’t be a good year to do it

Honestly, this team should be a seller at the deadline.
Gilmore has said he's holding out for a new contract next year. They'll move him at the deadline for a high pick. While they won't get the #1 pick from the Jets, they can get the #2 QB in the draft, probably, leveraging the return on Gilmore.

BB's plan for Cam was probably to sign him cheap, get him looking good enough, and then trade to a QB needy team based on injury. Right now that's mostly just the Cowboys though, and I don't think they'll bite on Cam.

It is less of BB having a crappy team and more of Robert Kraft having a crappy team, since BB would have stuck with Jimmy G.

Would be interesting if BB quit this offseason. Wonder how many teams would fire their GMs for a chance to talk to him.

Yes, losing to the Titans (5-1) and Chiefs (6-1) equals bad.

[QUOTE=koldjerky;33670148]Brady’s an all time QB (probably GOAT) but he wasn’t even that good last year. BB has a pretty crappy team and Brady was smart and jumped ship to probably one of the best offensive teams he’s ever been a part of.

If anything, Brady putting up 24 TD's, 7 picks and 4000+ yards with that crap on offense last season looks like an achievement right now. Instead people chose to say he was washed.
Neither one of these guys should have their reputations tarnished regardless how how things go the next couple years in Tampa and Foxboro. They've just accomplished way too much and neither would have been as great without the other. Gotta say though, I did not expect to see Brady doing what he's doing now. 15 TD's and 1 INT in his last four games? Jeez....

The dude is a running back at this point trying to play QB who has been overrated his entire career. He could go to the chiefs if mahomes went down and you would blame the cold weather in KC or the division or schedule or the current moons placement causing the suns rays to bounce off of earth then bounce off of the moon shining right on the stadium cam is qbing in thus screwing with his vision.
It's so funny how MBC has convinced himself that Newton is always the victim of based supporting players.

This year he actually doesn't have supporting players and he's playing like one of the worst QB's in the NFL.

4 yards of total offense in the second half, adjusting to their new offense which had zero tape in the first half is pretty good.

That trade means Belichick would have to surrender his 6th ring, the 2018 one vs. the Rams.
In hindsight you sure he'd be willing to give away a SB ring to hang on to Jimmy?
    Nope...
