    Minnesota Twins (30-18) vs. Chicago White Sox (30-16) | 9/14 - 9/17

Minnesota Twins (30-18) vs. Chicago White Sox (30-16)
    Guaranteed Rate Field - Chicago, IL. | 9/14 - 9/17

    Monday September 14, 2020 @ 7:10pm CT on NBCSN & MLBN
Jose Berrios, RHP (4-3, 4.40 ERA) vs. Dylan Cease, RHP (5-2, 3.33 ERA)

Twins: Berrios has left his shaky start to the season behind. He has held opponents to a .183/.272/.280 slash line across his last four starts, during which he has 31 strikeouts in 22-2/3 innigs.
White Sox: Cease makes his first start against the Twins in 2020 and third of his career, with an 0-2 record and 16.71 ERA in previous appearances. Cease has allowed five earned runs in 10 innings in September.

    Tuesday September 15, 2020 @ 7:10pm CT on NBCSN
Randy Dobnak, RHP (6-3, 3.61 ERA) vs. Dane Dunning, RHP (1-0, 2.70 ERA)

Twins: Dobnak was simply confused after his last start, when he hit two baters, walked a pair and allowed five runs on only two hits in the third inning vs. St. Louis, a lapse he'll hope top leave behind.
White Sox: Dunning has pitched scoreless baseball in two of his four starts this season, including a six shutout innings vs. Pittsburgh on Wednesday en route to his first career victory. Dunning has never faced the Twins.

    Wednesday September 16, 2020 @ 7:10pm CT on NBCSN
TBA vs. Lucas Giolito, RHP (4-2, 3.43 ERA)

White Sox: The White Sox ace didn't have his best command on Friday but still battled through 5-2/3 innings and 114 pitches against Detroit to keep the Sox in the game. Giolito has 82 strikeouts over 60-1/3 innings.

    Thursday September 17, 2020 @ 1:10pm CT on NBCSN & MLBN
Kenta Maeda, RHP (5-1, 2.43 ERA) vs. TBD

Twins: Maeda has allowed only 31 hits in 55-2/3 innings. He has 63 strikeouts and only 10 walks, and he outdueled American League Cy Young favorite Shane Bieber in his last start.

These are the Twins so I would be happy for a split.

Per Renteria yesterday Keuchel is scheduled for Thursday but MLB.com does not have him there yet.

I'd love to win 3-4 games, but I will take 2. Kill the cream puffs and play .500 ball against the contenders. Come on boys!

I agree with you on this!!!
But I think our offense has to come ready to play...Our pitching should keep us in the games, but I want out number 1 line up....Please do not rest people unless they are hurting!

If Keuchel is definitely back Thursday, I think we have a shot for 3. Otherwise I will just be happy with a split.

Off topic but something I just found that makes me even happier about how we're playing this year. According to the BR WAR Totals, we have the top 3 guys in the AL. Jose at 2.3, Luis at 2.2, TA at 2.1. Verdugo, Rendon, and Cruz all coming next at 1.9

Cease has true Ace stuff. If/When he figures how to harness all his weapons, he's going to be elite!

Man Madrigal is sucha great hitter! Always feel confident with a man in scoring position and 2 outs when he's up. Pure hitter!

He's been so good at the plate lately.

Sox up 2 games on the twins, 3 in the loss column!

Man if Cease for whatever reason never did figure out how to go deep in games, I think he'd be a lockdown closer.

Whatever your pitchers threw to Cruz tonight must have been electric. He doesn't strand 9 runners very often. Hats off to the Sox' pitchers tonight.
