My point basically being the question is premature. Right this moment itís the Nets. However the Warriors have the flexibility to really improve.

Nets. Warriors minus KD aren't as scary, especially w the 2 LA teams that are better than GS.

Nets will likely be the best team in the east.

On paper the Nets look really good and deep. Durant, Irving, Levert, Dinwiddie, Harris??Allen, Prince, Jordan, Musa

    The nets X factors

    - will Durant come back as Durant
    - how will Nash fair as a rookie HC
    - will they be able to bring back Joe Harris (crucial)

With the Warriors its hard to say because their roster could look so different by the time the season starts. Are they trading the lottery pick? Trading Wiggins? Going for another star? Going for more depth? Use the pick, keep Wiggins and roll with what they got? The Warriors have so many options.

As of right now, Nets. BUT...

Nets are targeting another star player.

Warriors are aiming for Beal, if they land him, Clippers vs GS in the WCF.

If there is an NBA season, next season, it will be a very good one.

30+ year old coming off a torn achilles, and the most overrated player in the league aren't going to be a title threat as is. The Nets need to do some work...

The Warriors have the #2 pick, which will fetch something of real value, and Curry/Klay/Green on the tail end of their primes. They are far more dangerous.
