Game 1: Tuesday August 18th at 7:30

Zack Godley (0-2) -(8.16 ERA)

The righty has been inconsistent. He struggled last time out against the Rays, so perhaps he’s due for a good one against the Phillies. Godley is 1-0 with a 1.53 ERA in four career appearances against the Phils.

Zach Eflin (0-1 – (3.60 ERA)

Eflin has looked good in his first two starts, striking out 10 in six innings last week in a loss to the Orioles. He his back to throwing his heavy sinker again, and it is working early.
Game 2: Wednesday August 19th at 1:30 PM

Kyle Hart (0-1) -(22.50 ERA)

Hart will try to rebound from his tough MLB debut last week when the Rays touched up for seven hits and five earned runs over two-plus innings. The lefty was Boston’s 19th-round selection in the 2016 draft
Jake Arrieta (1-2) –(4.02 ERA)

Arrieta cruised through four innings last week against Baltimore before running into trouble in the fifth. Still, he looks better than last season, when he pitched with a bone spur in his right elbow.
