Main reason, Mims accounts for half of those yards

I think it will be close but I'm going with UNDER.

2 new starting WRs and a TE that's talented but comes with questionable durability week in/week out will be enough to keep this just out of reach.
Also Sam has to show he can play a full season (mono might have been a fluke but still).

He could surprise if he gains instant chemistry with his WRs, as the OL should be much improved and provide Sam with some much needed pocket time.

3 games for 700 yards (233 a game) is not easy, but not hard either

I agree the team runs the ball more, but this is a Gase offense still where he’ll still throw the ball even if the defense lined up 11 defensive backs. Plus a more effective running game should open the passing lanes a bit more

I still think that jump is going to be more than what happens. I think he bumps 300-500 yards more this year and then next year he breaks 4k

I’m going with under. I think Frank Gore shares the load and Bell gets more action in the passing game. I think the offense will be much better running the ball behind a much improved offensive line. Plus Mims will be the focal point of the offense and shatter NFL records

Between Gore getting carries and Perine seeing some 3rd down opportunities, it may take away enough carries from Bell to see 1100+ yards.
But this new OL has some maulers and if you raise Bell's avg/carry by just 1 yard, he falls into this range.
I believe the improved OL can do that for him.

I can also see him going over, if Fant is better than expected and can control the edge.
