Sadly enough, the season should have never started in the first place. But, money over everything...

been saying for months there was 0 chance of a season.... the only reason basketball and hockey had a shot was because they were already through most of the season and are in a bubble... next years nba season wont happen neither will hockey unless its super condensed because players arent gonna stay in bubbles for months... baseball and football will not be played.

Baseball should have been played in a bubble or have bubble cities set up

This was posted in another thread but seems relevant to this conversation.

They should have built in an extra 2-3 weeks at the end for makeup games before the playoffs started..

[Rosenthal] Between four and six additional Cardinals have tested positive, a source tells The Athletic. Another postponement tonight would appear likely.

If they find a way to proceed, ya gotta think one more outbreak would have to lead to a shutdown.

LOL @ Manfred. Players union voted against having a season and he forced it to happen. Hes not cancelling until he absolutely has to. Hell keep the season going with 6 teams if he could.

Agreed. This is all looking bad but I think they'll keep attempting to push through for at least another week or two (if not longer).
