I hate to complain about Acuna but back to back games he’s had a chance to tie it up in the 8th with a runner in scoring position and he struck out.

Braves were able to immediately cash in on the new extra inning rule and then added a couple more onto it. Still frustrating that Acuña struck out again especially looking.

Great win! Ozuna comes through with a clutch homer. Jackson per usual playing with fire but gets the job done. Close out the series tomorrow with a win and let’s get rolling!

Much funner game to watch tonight, but damn Acuña is terrible atm. I wouldn't be opposed to sitting him out tomorrow.

Watching Newcomb pitch Is frustrating, he can't throw strikes consistently, Is the same story every season, he was really good as a relieve last year, why mess with That?

I thought the same thing but losing Hamels and King Felix basically left us without a choice. He’s calmed down a bit since Snit came out but the inconsistency is extremely frustrating at this point. Same story, different season with Newk. Hopefully we get Hamels back for the playoffs and Newk can return to the bullpen.

My goodness did Riley ever smash that one. 111 mph exit velocity and 458 feet on that satellite launch.

Well, 8 more Marlins player are positive, the game vs Baltimore has been postponed, Philly vs Yankees will likely be postponed, it looks like it will be imposible to finish this season.

Yup i just see no safe way to complete the season. And with some of the interactions on the field between Miami and Philly, I fully expect there to be some Phillies test positive. It's going to emd up snowballing as it is showing once its circulating through a team's roster it will propagate rapidly. Most concerning for the braves themselves is rhwt those marlins who tested positive believe they contracted the virus while in Atlanta for the 2 exhibition games..so its very possible we see the braves experience more positive tests as well.

I writing in pencil that the season is ultimately done.

Hopefully all the Phillies test negative.
As for the Marlins, I believe the process will be put the 8 players on IL (quarantine), hope that the rest of the players test negative, and call up players from the 60 man roster.

Something definitely wrong with Folty. He’s throwing batting practice. The homer Renfroe hit was an 89 MPH fastball. Bowman said out of the 981 fastballs Folty threw last year only 1 was under 90. Same issue he was having when the Marlins teed off on him.
