See? You're already talking yourself into it being partially the victim's fault. Give it two weeks, you'll find a way to show it was mostly the victim's fault.

No, I'm not trolling....and as a master troll you should know this. None of those examples contradict me, they just add to the number of times you've used that lame phrase. The search function on this site is dog **** (and no, I'm not going to resort to a search of the entire web to prove my point).

Why don't you just be a good boy and stop using that phrase if you actually understand the undertones at this point and we can move on?

back up what you're saying, but I'm not expecting much.
I think you've been sufficiently made aware of the problems with that phrase. Would seem that if the goal is civil conversation, you could maybe stop using it now.

I'm already on record saying it was the officer's fault.
there is nothing new that will contradict what is already available on video.

why don't you want to comment on what the person did. did they stand there do nothing? no.

Wait, what? What did you see the person do? Stand there cuffed behind the back but flinch as the officer started messing with her headband or whatever it was? That was already inappropriate behavior by the officer.

what was the officer trying to do? remove the persons scarf for the mugshot? why did the person react to that, just let the officer take that out.

again that doesn't justify what the officer then did, but it was still an action that person had.

But it’s definitely the person’s fault right? Had they not flinched at the officer trying to remove the scarf nothing would have happened.

    So it’s their fault.

    stop. I've already said differently.

if you don't want to accept this person did something then don't.

What does it matter if it’s not their fault?

If someone starts reaching towards you unexpectedly, you react to it.
If that someone is an officer who'd already cuffed you, you definitely react if he reaches towards you
That can't be the problem you're having, that can't be the 'something' you think she did. All this time I thought you were meaning the 'something' was whatever the officer cuffed her for in the first place.
