Nah lol d mitch is very realistic

But for all those who want to trade for cp3 and sign wood or gallo we'd miss out on d mitch and other top tier free agents

No, itís not realistic. You think Utah is going to give up on their star? And if they did, it would take a HUGE package to make it happen. Likely one heís not worth

Most of us donít want CP3 unless he costs basically nothing in a trade. I still think the roster I listed a few days ago is not a bad target roster as long as the deals are reasonable:

    LaMelo-Buddy-RJ-Gallo-Mitch
    Frank-Dot-Bullock-Knox-Wood
    Sanon-Trier-Iggy-Wooten-Tillie

Is a good group to work off of. This would be challenging to pull off but it could be done and I think thatís a playoff team in the east which is a major improvement.

I hear you and thatís a fair point but as a fan of this franchise I just feel like Iíve been burnt by false hope of big names too many times.

Bird in hand worth 2 in the bush basically. Again that roster would still be tough to achieve but itís not impossible and certainly better than anything weíve had in a long time.

Dont let the past dictate the future. Worst case scenario we strike out and then trade for cp3 and hield

Both of those guys are locked up for a couple years no need to rush into anything now

I mean honestly cp3 and wood doesn't make us a playoff team just a late lottery team

    You guys like who?

Im fine with C wood at a max of 15 per. Thatís not wasting all our cap

And I 1000% donít want CP3 at all

But the fact remains Utah has all the leverage. They donít have to let him leave. If they do, you can bet itís going to take a haul of 1sts plus

Not holding my breath for any of that. Pipe dreams at this point.

And thereís no way any of them come without some kind of roster here first

The problem is wood is gonna cost more than 15 mill

Think of it like this randle got 20 mill and he got paid bkuz of potential

According to you guys wood is better so he easily gets more

Ntm this is a weak free agent class not only us and det want him

Its called a bidding war i can easily see him getting 25 mill on the open market

Lol so bkuz it didn't work before we are supposed to overpay role players or trade for players past their prime with huge contracts

Yeah that strategy really works better smh

I donít see Wood getting anywhere near that, especially with the corona situation. Heís definitely better than Randle, but heís far less proven and doesnít have the reputation as a former lottery pick.
