    Nice Job.

FYI, you have Jonathan Abram under DT as well.

Thanks, fixed... I don't think we're as much pushed against the cap limit as I originally thought... there's plenty of wiggle room if we wanted to add more FAs. We can easily remove some fringe players to make cap room, or re-negotiate to turn cap hits to roster bonuses and spread it over the next few years. I think laying out the roster and cap hits gives us a good indication as to who is expandable and what areas we still need to concentrate in... all in all seems like a pretty solid roster, with few holes.

Joynerís cap hit is putrid when you consider how bad he was last year. He should be on a pretty short leash this upcoming season.

Jacobs just wants to play ball. It bet he doesn't care at all. He'll get his.

Even if he just wants to play he for sure is aware of it. It might not fester and be an issue but itís still got sting a little.

Why? He comes from poverty, real poverty, I would give it a couple years and a couple thousand more yards before it stings. Kid's just stoked to have a bed.

It is a rookie wage scale deal. Richard is not making a ton.

He has a short shelf life in this league. Heís aware of it. Itís years he wonít get back and money being left on the table.
I know he doesnít have a choice itís a rookie deal but still got to sting a little. Look at some of these RBs holding out for big deals. They do it in part cause they trying to recoup some of that money.

Their not doing that cause it didnít sting that they were underpaid before and their not doing cause their asking for their market value. Their asking for more to make up for being shafted early and their short life in the NFL albeit big role. Their doing it cause it bugged the hell out of them. I donít think it will be a distraction just food for thought.

They are simply asking for wages commensurate to their worth to the team and their efforts, not because of any sting. They are trying to have generational wealth. What bugs them is the fact that RBs don't get paid as much as others or for as long due to their expected 'life span' even though they work the hardest. Some time in the past they were tossing around the idea of having a RB specific union, thinking that RBs should be paid more in their first contract than others.

Man... That WR depth chart is still weaker than you'd like, plus Witten and Joyner seem like big wastes. Could've had Robby Anderson for that money.
