If there are 100 people in the park, it might be a good idea to wear a mask. If you are in an isolated area, masking is not necessary.
I carry a mask in my pocket for use in a case where I run into a group of people that I don't know, but I do not wear a mask around town. I wear masks in stores, at church, at dr's offices, at work and meetings.

You didn't answer my question. Why would it be a good idea to wear a mask outside in a park? We're not talking about woodstock here.

There was actually about 500-600 people in this 2 block area of the park. About 12 food trucks lined up with people slammed in line along the same sidewalk where people are walking through left and right.

If you're within six feet of someone, Einstein. Just might help prevent the spread of the virus you were so desperate to catch.

OK, I agree. Masking is not a bad idea with that sort of crowd.

Here in WI no one wears masks anyways. You can walk right into any store and maybe 5% would be wearing them outside of employees

And why the **** would you choose to avoid DFW as someone that is a native Houstonian?

I believe that the four judges on the side of COVID in Wisconsin said the mask mandate wasn't allowed.

As a native Houstonian, I avoid Dallas at all costs. So I did not venture there.
Outdoors and in cars masks are less than half for sure. Small towns gets you more variety sure, but rural areas generally have fewer cases too.
