There are definitely alternatives unfortunately those against mail in voting are also against anything that makes voting easy and accessible. It’s a hoax

You seem to be ignoring the fact that the vast majority of people dying from COVID-19 are the elderly. Yes, minorities are dying at a higher rate than white people but the elderly are the portion of our society that are really getting hammered. Of course one can be both elderly and a minority but I think most of us know the vast majority of this country is white. I'd also say it's a safe assumption that that cross-section of white elderly people are much more likely to be Trump voters.

65 and over white were 45% Clinton and 52% Trump. Those making less than 50k a year were 53% Clinton and 41% Trump, if the poor are dying more I don't see a "Vast Majority".

I guess if vast is any percentage > 1% over 50% but the use of the word vast is improper in statistical context because its not defined and that makes it up to the reader to determine what is vast. Trump had a 46% to 48% minority in the popular vote. Do you think Clinton won the popular vote by a Vast Majority. Most people would define a majority as greater than 50%.

For me an overwhelming majority would be in the 60-75% range, a vast majority would be in the 75-90% range, we are nowhere close to any of those numbers.

Here’s the quandary.

The vast majority of the Covid-19 dead in the US are also the people most likely to vote for this administration, and yet at the same time this administration gets to eliminate these same dead all from the Medicare and Social Security rolls.

Such a dilemma.

I did not expect anyone to take it all that seriously.

photo ID would make it easier. the technology is easy. you match the name with the photo ID.

the only issue is how people get that photo ID, and it should be made really simple to happen.

simple technology available to anyone, identification with one's picture on it, and people are rejecting that. how can anyone reject something so easy, that we know damn well would better secure who is voting.
