That has absolutely nothing to do with the tiered system in effect that makes the level of lockdown different in Santa Clara county than it is in, say, Trinity county. Not to mention that your claim about Fresno county being in a different level of lockdown than Santa Clara county is complete horse ****; they're both currently in the purple tier.

I swear, man. The more you post, the more obvious it is that you do almost no research on anything and instead just roll with whatever your initial hunch is. Quite the clueless approach, only made worse by your (completely unfounded) unshakable confidence.

No, you didn't mention a purple tier and I have no idea why you think I insinuated that you did.

    This is what you said:

Stay at home orders ended in both Fresno and Santa Clara county on January 25th. Both counties are currently in the purple tier, which is the most restrictive of all the tiers. Saying that the Bay Area is "just more cautious" than Fresno county is simply untrue.

The statement from santa Clara said this..

Because indoor gatherings continue to pose a severe risk of COVID-19 transmission, all other indoor gatherings are currently prohibited. No gatherings other than religious worship services may occur indoors, and

COVID-19 Response: An issue that shouldn't be at all political....yet here we are

Sounds like some good news for vaccinated folks on a recent discussion we’ve been having against transmitting when you’ve been around someone who has COVID

Snowboarding is illegal? That seems pretty stupid. I have more personal space on a board than hiking a trail.

The courts have not only decided that congregating indoors for the purpose of religous worship (whatever that means) is singularly permissible but they have also apparently decided that they are better informed than health officials, having determined that 20% capacity and no singing or chanting is the limit.

Gotta wonder where they came up with that — the Constitution?

    whatever that means? ok
20% capacity...when other places are allowed 25%...what am I missing as the problem?
