Is it true that the Charlotte Hornets are moving again?

I understand the team really hasnít been doing that well and I have been hearing rumors swirling again that the franchise could leave Charlotte once again in the near future. They came out with a list with a few teams on the list that possibly could move out of town and they had Memphis, New Orleans, Atlanta and Charlotte. I really hope that Charlotte keeps the hornets because they are a great basketball town. Are they going to tear down the spectrum center and build a new arena is their lease almost up?

They should. Go to Seattle if Balmer won't take the Clippers there. Then put New Orleans in the eastern conference.

Balmer bought land in LA for a new stadium. They're not moving.

Why would Ballmer buy an LA based sports team and move them to Seattle?
They're moving to Inglewood in a few years and getting their own arena. No more renting Staples from the LA Kings.

its sad that the Sonics have had more playoff success than some of these squads. guessing the Hornets rebrand wasn't too great but those colors are iconic to 90s kids. hope they stay.

I mean, LAC has been FAR more relevant that LAL the past 6, 7, 8 years.
But leave it to Lakers fans to live in the past bc "ringz."

Itís funny, even with all the great success of the Clippers the last 8 plus years they still donít have a true home court advantage against the Lakers.. Just look at the last meeting on March 8th when the majority of the crowd was cheering for the Lakers..

So will you be surprised if the Charlotte Hornets leave Charlotte and e without a pro basketball team or will they find a way to keep the team in Buzz City?

Of course. That shouldn't be a surprise at all. The Clippers could win 10 championships in a row and it'll always be a Laker town.
That said, Kawhi got the loudest MVP chants during that game.
