What’s your at home work out routine?

I miss the gym more then anything. What are you doing to work out?

Me too man, I'm pretty lucky though. I've got a bench and adjustable dumbbells so I've just been doing my normal routine, but with less weights. I also have a pull up bar and a weight vest. Not ideal but better than what a lot of people have.

I have adjustable dumbbells (go up to 65) and a pull up bar. If anyone has a challenging program to suggest have at it [emoji3]

Weight vest sounds interesting. Maybe I should start weighting myself down lol

    Start every morning off with;

    Pushups
    Leg Raises
    Heel Tap Crunches
    Plank & Side Plank
    Squats

Then I finish it off with a 5km run or 10km bike ride. I only have 2 adjustable dumbbells at home and am going to start getting creative with them this week.

I have a resistance band and 1 40 lb dumbbell.

    Pushups
Bent over rows with the dumbbell
    Squats with the dumbbell
    Lunges
Bicep curls with the resistance band
    Shoulder press with the dumbbell
    Triceps extensions with the dumbbell
    Planks

    And then I go for a run/jog/walk

I've been extremely lazy. And I've gained like 10 lbs. which is not good. I definately need to start biting the bullet and stop eating crap and get out and go running every morning. Might look into some at home workout routines.

Work has been work. I miss my coworkers and the women lol.

If you don’t have a lot of time, but you want to build up your core muscles, this is the exercise for you. Get into a push-up position, but instead of bending your arms and moving down towards the floor myprepaidcenter

I bought a bench and some adjustable dumbbells so I can do some decent amount of lifting, nothing like I wish I could.

As far as cardio goes I do 4x4:00 HIIT routines.

    What's a 4x4:00 hiit routine?

High intensity for 4 min, then low for a min?
