My wish and top 4 receivers for the Eagles:

1A. Jeudy
1B. Lamb
3. Ruggs
4. Jefferson

Eagles have zero shot at Jeudy or Lamb. The arent trading into the top 10-12 picks which is likely where they would need to get.

True. Man either one would be so nice, but yeah both are likely out of reach. It’d probably take #21 a 3rd this year and a 2nd next year to move up into the top 13 or so

It might not be enough. Pick 12 (which I don’t think raiders are trading, I think they’d rather take one of those WRs) is valued at 1200 points, pick 21 is 800 points and pick 53 is 370 points according to draft value charts. I guess the eagles can do that and add in a 4th but doesn’t seem like something Howie would do to trade 3 picks in the same draft to select one player. I think he’d rather split up the compensation between the 2020 draft and 2021 draft

Right, it might not be enough. Regardless, like I said it doesn’t seem very Howie to trade a bunch of picks in the same draft to move up.

And this draft is pretty loaded at the top so it might cost a lot more to move up 10 picks or so

I don't see any way Lamb makes it to 17. It's not really a logical pick with Cooper and Gallup at WR. They could use a slot WR, but that seems like a need that can be addressed in the middle rounds.
