**** it, I say bench wentz. Lie about an unexpected injury that “he’s been playing on”, who cares, but the eagles need to see what they have in Jalen hurts.

This offseason I think A LOT of big changes need to happen and starting QB, head coach, defensive Coordinator, and GM are all on the hot seat in my opinion. It’d be an easier decision if they had a better idea of what Jalen hurts can do before going into the offseason and making those decisions.

And just FYI but I’m not completely giving up on wentz, but he’s clearly not the same QB that the eagles have had for the last 4 years. Somethings off.. A big message needs to be sent to him and all the eagles

It's true that he's almost certainly the best QB on the roster, but his play right now is not acceptable. Neither is Doug's play calling, nor is the construction of this roster, but doing the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity.

Right.. wentz is likely better but right now you can’t get much worse than he’s been.. He needs to be sent a message that his play hasn’t been acceptable. I don’t think he’s taking it as seriously as he should

It’s not a stats only discussion, but if you want to boil it down that it’s fine. Lamb has played games with Ben DiNucci and Garrett Gilbert as his QB so it’s not exactly equal opportunities but Lamb is still playing at a high level.

I’m thinking it’s funny the Eagles chose Reagor over Jefferson when they went back to back and thus it is ripe for comparison (especially when most considered Reagor a reach and Jefferson a likely impact receiver).

Not hard to grasp tbh.

To be fair, Reagor has been playing games with Wentz.

I don’t even have high hopes for hurts, he’s not a particularly talented passer, average arm and average accuracy

But I’d like to see what he can do at least

See if he’s worthy pursuing and then maybe lose enough to get fields
