So, as I said from the very beginning, when healthy in 2018, he was playing at a top 4-8 rate. Nothing about his surrounding talent. Again, I haven't moved the goalpost once about this discussion, you just haven't been keeping up with what's been posted.
I have a 100 percent understanding of what you are saying. I still donít agree with it. Had he stayed healthy and continued on his pace he would not of been in that range.
    Itís not complicated.

So far, the Panthers don't believe he can and no other gm has taken a chance on him.
Even for the abbreviated time he was not in that range. I have at least 8 QBs ahead of him.

On a different argument I do agree with you that even if he was it wouldnít really matter. Smaller sample sizes arenít that meaningful.
Wasnít Fitzmagic in that range for a short while?

I literally provided you a link to everyone's stats and showed the range he would've been in statistically. You can argue that statistics aren't important in the conversation, but if that's the case I'd love to see the joke of a list you'd put above him assuming his 11 game pace.

lmao in the same post you say Cam only won MPV because of his team and attribute all of the Cowboys' offensive success to Dak. When half your offense are 1st team All-Pros you better put up Top 5 numbers if you're not a crap QB.

Cam was going to be on a cheap contract. No business involved.

Even if Cam WAS a good QB, he's broken physically and can no longer perform. He's RG3.

    69.64% comp%, 2699 passing yards, 22 passing TDs, 7 INTs 103.7 passer rating, 417 rushing yards, 4 rushing TDs.

When extrapolated to 16 games, that's:
3925 yards passing, 32 passing TDs, 10 INTs, 606 rushing yards, and 6 rush TDs.

You can't tell me a 4500 combined yards, 38 combined TD, 10 INT season wouldn't fall in line with a top 8 season and very possibly closer to 4.

That's what people don't realize. He was that good barely over a calendar year ago, but people act like he hasn't played at a high level in a decade.
Cam's imaginary ceiling:3925 yards passing, 32 passing TDs, 10 INTs, 606 rushing yards, and 6 rush TDs.
Dak's actual stats: 4902 yards passing, 30 passing TDs, 11 INTs, 277 rushing yards and 3 rushing TDs.

So he's kind of a budget, injury prone version of Dak, with less leadership skills.

What does that have to do with anything?
So do we agree Big Ben did better?
