    LOMBARDY:
'More than a thousand inhabitants of the town Ferrera Erbognone in the north of Italy appear not to be susceptible to the #coronavirus. While Covid-19 infections and deaths are widespread in surrounding municipalities...

...the town in the severely affected Italian region of Lombardy is not affected. Scientists suspect that the inhabitants are somehow immune to the disease. Analyzes of their blood must show how this is possible.'

If they appear to be immune, their blood could be the key to a vaccine. The Italian government warns against too much optimism. It is possible that the residents of Ferrera Erbognone accidentally did not become infected with the coronavirus.

    Coneís pitch count was high

    4-3, 2 outs in the 8th, runners on 1st and 2nd

They keep showing 23 yr old Mo warming up...

Buck should have pulled the trigger with runners on 1st and 2nd and went with him for the final 4 outs....Cone was completely gased in the 8th. His last 8 of 9 pitches were balls...and ARod was forced in with that walk. Mo comes in to the tie game. And guess who was in the pen next?

    Pettitte....

No had much better command than Cone in THAT 8th INNING....even Brent Musburger called him the Yankees secret weapon out of the pen....Mo dominates that final better in the 8th..

If only Buck could go back in time...

    Still mad at this game..

Funny, ARod comes in the 8th for pinch running.....

Just watching Paulie, Bernie and Tino Martinez, they were so patient with each pitch...

Lots of Yankees, former Yankees and future Yankees in this game.

So many parallels in this game...

Randy Johnson comes in from the pen in this game and in 2001 on the night the Dynasty ended....

Yankees even got the lead against Johnson and couldnít finish them off.

I wish we could go back in time to Oct 1995... I miss those years after until the Dynasty ended... what a time for a Yankee fan. Special team with special players and some were right there on that night in the Seattle Kingdom..

Cuomo just decided to shut down playgrounds.

Should have been done LONG ago.

Playgrounds in the city were crowded with people not practicing social distancing.

    Took to long. Terrible decision.

WTF? Can a MAGA please explain the rationale behind this apparent callous, foolish decision? We need compassion not cruelty.

Obamacare Markets Will Not Reopen, Trump Decides
The move would have made it easier for people who have recently lost jobs to obtain health insurance.

The Trump administration has decided against reopening the Affordable Care Actís Healthcare.gov marketplaces to new customers, despite broad layoffs and growing fears that people will be uninsured during the coronavirus outbreak.

The option to reopen markets, in what is known as a special enrollment period, would have made it easier for people who have recently lost jobs or who had already been uninsured to obtain health insurance. The administration has established such special enrollment periods in the past, typically in the wake of natural disasters.

To some people the way someone speaks is more important than the actions they take .

I have friends who leave work in later hours and cops aren't stopping them. Its not martial law. They aren't forcing people to stay in their homes but obviously its much preferred that you do. That's why all these non essential businesses are closed. Gives less reason for people to be outside.
Illegal immigrants are guilty of the same damn thing but those same politicos don't give a damn about them.... and with the immigrants, they have legal support to stop them... with the other.. the legality of the gubanatorial orders is schetchy at best..

China didnít give the correct data so the rest of the world was going by their data and it was WRONG!

So quit using their numbers....it means Zilch!

This isn't martial law. Its police discretion whether they arrest you. I've seen people out past midnight myself and they aren't getting pulled over or thrown in jail. Neither should they. As long as they observing social distancing and they are out for the right reasons.

The gubernatorial orders are more guidelines. They are hoping closing businesses is enough incentive to keep you home and it does help significantly. That said people are still going to be out late at night, at stores during the day, going to work with jobs that are open, etc.
