I dont expect Biden to be Bernie Sanders. He's a moderate Democrat. He'll be a moderate democrat in office if elected. No president holds to everything they campaign on nor are they not allowed to take liberties once in office. All presidents have some kind of political agenda.

Well lets see if MCconell tries to rush a canidate thru in an elction period in contrast to what he did during the last election. Although I doubt he would get support from certain Senators running for reelection like Collins and even maybe Graham. But prolifers may be motivated and pull it out for Trump. Perfect timing for Trump to put another conservative Judge in the Supreme Court. He will certainly put in a women. But of course it won’t be the type of lady that the Dems want. And there is no reason to delay this. RBG is dead now. This was predicted a few years ago and that worried the Dems.
