Imo Biden needs Bernie's support. Not merely a tacit endorsement, but vocal support and active campaigning. Bernie had an appeal with young voters that Biden lacks and sorely needs. If the Bernie bros bail on Biden the way they did Hillary, D's are doomed and we are all doomed to 4 more years of the despicable despot and his family.

I honestly believe there is enough disillusionment in Trumps more moderate base, if the D's get out their vote Biden should win and rather easily. This is not to suggest they would cross over, but maybe simply stay home. Trump has trampled many moderate conservative sensibilities, he has offended a lot of people.

Joe is an occasional genital rash. Trump is AIDS with a syphilis chaser. I am pretty sure you would be dancing and celebrating and being frigging excited about having a rash instead of AIDS, right ? Or having a nutrient deficiency over cancer. You would celebrate needing vitamins over having to get chemo right ? Simple choice Biden or Trump. I am excited for Biden. This would help tremendously. An endorsement from Bernie could help rally Democrats. Thats my biggest concern. The fragmentation in the Democratic party.

Your absolutely right about Trump offending moderate conservatives. I would consider myself a moderate conservative and i have been extremely unhappy, to say it mildly, with how he has been the last 5 months in particular
