Singapore, China and Japan are now dealing with a second wave of covid-19.

Wonder if it mutated, or if lifting the social distancing policies and what not are the cause of it. Probably the latter.

Based on preliminary research, in Singapore, it appears to be newly infected imported primarily from UK. So I would agree, premature relaxing of their policy may be the culprit.
