    The Browns landing bit FA receiving targets is gonna get old fast if they keep losing.

    Don't really understand this for the Browns, but I do know that the new HC ran a ton of 2-TE sets.

    In general though -- I don't believe Hooper is anything more than the 8-10 range for best tight end in the league
