Tatum/Brown are our future. We're not trading either of them. We just signed both to long term deals.
I'd like to move Kemba either at the trade deadline or next offseason. Between now and 2022 we need to focus on getting the best return for Kemba as possible and stacking our bench with 3 point shooters and scorers.
The 2021 and 2022 seasons, we're not legitimate contenders and thats ok. Let LBJ/AD, Giannis, KD/Kyrie make their runs at the ship the next 2 years.
By 2023 they'll be aging out and falling off while Tatum and Brown enter their prime years. They'll still have 2-3 years left on their deals. We'll be in great position to add a 3rd star. Someone like Bradley Beal who Washington will likely be ready to move on from by then. He's a perfect compliment to Brown/Tatums skill sets and has a deep history with Tatum.
2023 is our year to push the chips in. Be patient. Let them continue to grow and take their lumps in the regular and post seasons.
