Is Tatum taking his game to that special level right now?

Meaning superstar? As in top 10 player by next season?

not really in the wrong... at the time he was shooting 38 pct from the field and 31 pct from 3.... it was bad... his defense has been amazing though and now the offense is coming around. He is amazing to watch right now and it hurts so much

Yes, hes making that leap. He started off season slowly but his shooting percentage and finishing at the rim have improved each month since October. His shot chart looks beautiful with lots of threes and attempts at the rim. Defense has been great.

Hes probably all nba third team material currently as it stands and projecting to be that top ten type player Cs drafted him to be. He and Brown looking like a special wing duo for years to come.

Tatum has made the most 3s this month in the league. He has been on fire from every where. His Iso game is Harden level good lately.

it wasn't bad tho. it just wasn't complete stud. he was always a HUGE net positive(by impact metrics), part of the reason he's shining more now is due to the deserved attention of his cohorts.

it's ok champ, we dont win them all.

he wasnt always a net positive until this year... his defense made up for it... as of january the dude was shooting like 38/31 from the field.. on damn near as many shots as points... he has just been insane since then

Absolutely. All he needed was his efficiency to get up there. I mean I don't think what he's been doing the last few weeks is sustainable but if he can stay close he'll be a monster. I mean we saw glimpses of it his rookie year especially in the playoffs. And big surprise Kyrie dicked that up last year and made almost everyone worse. But now it's becoming his team. He and Brown are going to be a really solid combo.

Being that I'm a Celtics fan...seeing Tatum take his game to the next level I love it personally because he is the future of our franchise...more or less now he has solidified himself as the face of the franchise more so than Kemba but that's just me

this is what i hate... embiid is worlds better then tatum if he is on the celtics and tatum is on the sixers and it wouldnt be close... i cant wait till brett brown is fired and i can sit here and jerk off to the people in this thread that has continually argued its not the system etc.... next season we will see and everyone from you to jazz to war/celtic fans/giannis and do on down the list will deal with my insufferable bs and i will be so bad it will be borderline ban worthy and i cant wait : )

When Embiid is on the Heat?

To be fair Tatum is producing wins, Thats more than our guys can say (especially mine). Kemba is down and Tatum has continued to Will the Celtics to victory. Giannis is a no brainer obviously. Siakim is producing wins.

I will say compared to Embiid Jimmy and Bam the other 3 guys have elite depth on their teams.
