I just rewatched Noahís last appearance in spring training, before this contagious form of cancer took over...

He didnít look like he hurt himself in the game. Which makes me think that perhaps itís something heís dealt with for a while and he kept quiet about.

Perhaps itís why he struggled so bad last season.

Perhaps why he struggled again in the spring training appearance.

...and he just said ď**** itĒ, give me the surgery.

Hopefully he returns to the Noah of old with an ERA below 3.0.

Noah really picked the best season to have TJ.

Got to watch Lowrie rip a double off of Degrom and Ces hit a homer in his first at bat against Lugo today.

Two guys, no one should expect we get anything from...oh my Iím feeling positive.

Did Lowrieís suit of armor come flying off as he rounded 1st?

Ha, no. But it did look weird underneath his pants.

Looked like a big offensive linemanís knee, brace under the pants.

Games start a week from Thursday.
Ten days ago I would have said that would be highly unlikely.
Now, I believe they'll at least start.
Covid makes it so difficult to get excited about anything short of a vaccine without feeling guilty or conflicted, but I'm looking forward the diversion, regardless of how strange it will be.

Update on Jacob deGrom. The Mets say that he left tonight's game with back tightness. No further update provided at this time.

    Uh-oh!
