When did the NBA become this soft?

Jimmy butler got snubbed... i get it players hate him because and this is the best part he works his *** off and always tries to get better yet guys dont blow him like they do other guys... what he did for the sixers and now is doing for the heat is remarkable.... everyone says welp he is a locker room cancer and is hated yet the entire heat team loves him and joel embiid is legit his brother at this point... so now we are in a league where guys get snubbed as starters because other guys refuse to work hard or be around players that work hard? Jimmy butler getting snubbed is disgusting and its not because he was snubbed because guys get snubbed all the time... its because why he was snubbed... the dude came from nothing/busts his ***/always wants to get better/loves people that work their *** off to further themselves and he gets snubbed because of this mentality? to me the nba should be ashamed for being so soft man.... jimmy and joel for example and i will never forget it... jimmy said joel is his brother and they were magic together because joel always asked questions and always worked hard and he loved him for it.... is that really asking alot of players today?

The NBA became soft when James Harden was traded go Houston.

The game truly changed for the worse.

Harden ruins the game. Hopefully Refs will snub him in postseason to send a message.

The funny thing about this all is that the player you could argue for Jimmy replacing is Joel Embiid. Giannis, Siakam, Young and Kemba are all very deserving of their spots.

    Young isn't as a starter.

Does it really impact your day when some overprivelaged basketball player doesn't make an all star team? The entire generation is soft, including its fans

We can agree to disagree on this one. In the end Iím okay with all the selections. Itís just that if I had to pick one replacement itíd be Embiid.

When the NBA took away hand-checking in the mid-2000s to create a more aesthetically pleasing game. I'd personally love to see Jimmy Butler hand-check the **** out of Trae Young.

Malcolm Brogdon's more deserving of an all-star slot than Trae Young. It's called winning, and it should matter. Young's a garbage-time stat-stuffer.

Did we just become best friends?

A no defense playing, average efficiency, undersized, losing team, future 6th man as an all star starter?

Exactly if it matters so much for MVP and other accolades it should here too
