You never know if a player will fit until he fits.

True, but you never know if you do not try. When Pelinka and Lebron put this team together most people thought it won’t work as fast as it is working now. Maybe there is no need to change.

Mamba ride bench initially and he was the man. None of the players you mentioned could demand to be starters and they could be just cash grabbers. Kuzma has to take it and be consistent, but he can not fig it. Do he might have to go for the cash.

But trying by trading players to get players could downgrade us.

KCP deserves a ton of credit. The amount of work it takes to get comfortable enough to catch on the move in the corner and still go straight up and hit the three. Dudes almost automatic anywhere behind the arc right now.

KCP has stepped up since his poor start of the season, props to him.

Nick Wright gets it. If you look closely you can see kuzma have some of that young player goofiness. He needs to realize he’s in a different position than Lonzo them. Saying thing like I really don’t care at the point is not good. That’s the only issue I see with him. His numbers are inline with last season minus the minutes and touches and I think it’s in his mind seeing $$. I don’t think Lakers need to trade him but they sure should not try to depend on him. That was my only reason for wanting Melo at first. I was not sold kuzma was up for the task yet. With that said I think they should not make any major moves at this point.

IMO it’s best to trade a guy out the rotation like Cook or Troy who i think are the best shooters on the team but don’t get much pt. Getting a ball handler like Collison and a wing defender like Crowder or iggy would strengthen the team pushing rondo and say Caruso deeper on the bench.
