I don't think he's a bust. I think he just needs the right motivation to pick himself up & play harder.

But, they still won't beat the Yankees in a playoff series. [emoji14]

The Twins are a solid team, three good teams in the AL Central.

can go to 100M if they pick up the option
7:19pm: Donaldson will earn $84MM over the first four years of the contract, tweets Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com. The option is valued at $16MM and comes with an $8MM buyout.

7:01pm: Donaldson will be guaranteed $92MM, tweets Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic. The option on the contract would bring its total value to five years and $100MM, if exercised.

The Twins are loaded offensively. Now they just need the pitching.

Really liking the Twins offseason. Fun 3 team race in the ALC this year.

Honestly, I look for the team to be much better in 2021. They will be a good team next season, but will be an attractive landing spot for FA pitchers after this year. Which pitcher wouldn't want to have a chance to have a lousy game (5 IP, 5 runs allowed) and have a legitimate chance to win the game?
A pitcher doesn't have to be on his A game everytime to win in Minnesota.

I'll miss him but Braves just could not do a 4 year commitment with an option to boot. Not having a DH and with his age it just would of been a killer if/when he regressed.
