    Does Replay Change?

Will MLB change the way replay is done "in-game"? Will managers have to make the decision to challenge a call based on nothing more than what they see from the dugout? They can have coaches with binoculars stationed around the park and communicate with them, but should they be able to "go to the video room" to help them make a challenge decision?

How would coaches with binoculars signal to the dugout? Nah. Technology needs to be taken out of the dugouts and only the naked eye should be used to decide to challenge or not.

With only the naked eye, coaches rarely have a good view of a play to even determine whether a challenge is logical or not
    gotta love 'referential' treatment

They rely on the players and whether the situation is worth the risk of a challenge.

That’s the way I thought it should have been from the beginning and I never understood why they allowed the way they’ve been doing it in the first place. Keep the game moving. 30 seconds to make a decision.
