    Packers seahawks first down controversy

isnt even a controversy... the nfl has even come out and said the yellow line was like a yard ahead of the marker... he got the first down but because its the packers lets make a fuss like they get all the calls even though we got hosed in this game in the first half and near the goal line etc.

Meh we still would've lost anyway, y'all would've picked up the sneak and nothing would've changed. Y'all still gonna get killed from the Niners and then the Niners gonna get passed all over by the Chiefs

I think we're gonna get the State Farm Bowl. Rodgers vs. Mahomes.

Yea, that's a no from me bro. Graham was down before the line.

What's more amazing is we got a multibillion dollar industry and they can't manage to find a way to get this crap right. This isn't all that hard to do. Chip the ball. Chip the players pads/helmets. We got cameras that can trace throw distance, run speeds, total run distance and calculate it in real time. But correctly spotting a ball? We're going to rely on a 60+ Y/O parttimer eyeball it and use an index card when in doubt. **** that.

Yeah, it was short. That said, it likely would t have mattered. First half Russ cost his team a chance, no matter the 2nd half heroics. He, like Wentz, has to figure out how to start faster.

you had 3 chances to spell Titans and were wrong all 3 times....just like you're wrong that, healthy or not, Rodgers ain't beating the Niners
    gotta love 'referential' treatment

They way I look at it, yes he was short but also the Packers clearly had recovered the fumble earlier but Seahawks still got that call so it evened out.

Agreed on the chip. This was a bad call, who knows what impact it had or didn't have but obvious bad call, could've been avoided with a chipped ball, chipped pads, etc. I too have wondered for years why this isn't a thing yet.

But yeah GB gets another break what else is new.

My favorite part of this latest display was as soon as the Packers looked like they were teetering on blowing it - there it was - the Rodgers limp, pronounced as could be. Next drive with game in hand? Oh would ya look at that he's fine. Remarkable. A true warrior.

Death, taxes, and a Rodgers injury when he thinks he might be about to come up short in a large game.
