As much as I hate the Cowboys, They probably would have won more championships if Jimmy stayed and Jerry Jones wasnít a ****ing idiot.

Ya but in fairness Jerry was heavily scrutinized for hiring a college coach at the time. He was a genius for hiring him. Obviously he could of handled the end better.

When I heard this I was surprised he hadn't been admitted to the Hall of Fame already.

Just goes to show how dumb the NFL is sometimes. They let so many people in their HOF but wait this long to put in Jimmy Johnson? Makes no sense.

Im not against Johnson or Cower as coaches in the hall of fame but I am upset both were put in over Tom Flores who has been waiting much longer.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty cool. You had a chance to really see how much it meant to those guys.
Was concerned for Jimmy's health there for a second.

Are there other people who are in the Hall of Fame, but not in the HoF-equivalent of the team they mainly worked for?

Itís very very rare although Polamalu could hit that spot this year.

He kinda refuses to have much to do with the team while Colbert is still around because of the way things ended, and has also expressed that he doesnít like the idea of being recognized as an individual because he said his greatness was partially because of his teammates.

I'm actually surprised nobody seems to have any problem whatsoever with Cowher and Johnson getting into the HOF.....I mean Jimmie only has 80 wins, there's more than 50 guys with more than that and most aren't in...
    gotta love 'referential' treatment
