That surprised the **** outta me that the eagles put in an offer for clowney. It makes a lot of sense for him though tbh, he would be a flat out monster on that defensive line next to cox graham and hargrave.

The only reason really that it doesnít make sense to me is because the eagles moved on from Jason Peters for the much younger Andre Dillard to step up. Wouldnít they want to do the same for Derek Barnett? I know last year he got a chance, but Iíd think that the eagles would be willing to give him another shot to start

*For all those that may be feeling nervous about the eagles giving Dillard an opportunity to start full time. This is a break down by Philadelphia all time great tra Thomas. 18 minute film session.
Basically, Dillard showed a lot of potential at left tackle and the majority of his struggles came at right tackle. Tra thinks Dillard would be a lot more effective as a full time LT

It's not whether he'll be effective or not. It's his damn mental makeup that needs heavy work from all reports.

Regardless Eagles to win SB at 20:1. Leggoo

Yeah itís the mental side of the game that he seemed to struggle most with but tra was saying that he thinks some of that was due to him being a rookie and the eagles playing him at a position very all of a sudden that heís never played before (right tackle). Keeping him at left tackle should help boost his confidence.

Wentz was really the first white NFL player to say something and then after him a lot of others started to comment. Itís nice to see, I thought what Drew Brees originally said was hella dumb which I wasnít expecting at all from him. I really think wentz is embracing a leadership type role and I think his teammates know it for sure
