Long/Trevathan/Robinson/Mack should all be looked at for possible restructure of their deal.
I like Long, but he has to give something back to stay IMO.
Kwit and maybe Jordan Howard can be traded, but only in a really good deal, not just to move them.
I think its one or the other between Callahan and Amos, no preference for me.
Can't wait for it to start

I think Fuller is a bigger restructure guy than any of those you named. He more or less proved himself last year and he's gonna be here for the long haul anyway. Might as well push some of that cap space to the back end. Not too worried about being able to cut him anymore. I don't wanna be stuck to those other guys as much, certainly not Long who I think the optimal time to move on would be after this year anyway.

JUST IN: The Chicago Bears and Kyle Long have agreed to a restructured contract, per Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.

The Bears create some cap room and Kyle Long is staying in Chicago longer.

Agreed. One year deal as long as he is healthy. Amazing stats last season at 43 yrs old. 20/21 FG on the season including 7/7 from 40-49 and 4/5 over 50 yards. He is the guy that needs to be targeted.

Great to see that a team leader like Long makes some personal sacrifices for the good of the team. With that said his action is not surprising given how loyal he has been since he was drafted here.

The more I think about it. The more I believe Pace will make another huge move this offseason to go all in the next 2 years. Brown or Bell are completely realistic targets for him if he is betting on his window.

We do have some trade canidates (Kwitkowski, Bullard and potentially Goldman) to reobtain picks.

I could get behind a move like that.

I'd be shocked if Pace pulls off a huge trade or signs a big FA name outside of Amos or Callahan.

With all of the drama Brown and Bell have caused, they won't ever be Bears.
