Really good point. It wasn't that we wanted to pay him that much we had to pay him that much to secure him.

I don't think the Trey Burton situation makes the Jimmy Graham signing better. It's a massive overpay either way.

Former NFL executive Michael Lombardi reports Colts S Malik Hooker is available ahead of the NFL draft.
Lombardi also cites Raiders DT P.J. Hall, Eagles CB Rasul Douglas, and Bears TE Adam Shaheen as known players on the trading block ahead of Thursday's draft. Hooker has struggled to stay healthy in his career, missing 14 of a possible 48 games since joining the Colts as the No. 15 overall pick in 2017, but remains a true game changer when available. As it stands, Indianapolis currently doesn't have a Day 1 pick in the 2020 draft.
Hopefully we can get something for him.. late rounder at least.

Without Jimmy G.... our TE room has a total of 133 total career receptions over the course of 20 player seasons.

    72 Harris (6)
    13 Braunecker (4)
    7 Holts (1)
    8 horsted (1)
    0 Raymond (1)
    7 Saubert (3)
    26 Shaheen (3)
    0 Clark (1)

After last season and how bad we were... it would be absolutly unexceptable not to at least sign somebody. And I know alot around here wanted Ebron... but signing a guy off 2 foot surguries probably not the best idea.

I don't know how much better Graham is at this point than any schlub you listed. Guy felt to me to be on the brink of retirement. I don't suddenly think it's good that we payed him what we did out of desperation. Pace needed to address TE, and Graham was an acceptable choice I suppose, but I still think the contract is bad.

i disagree... we have seen so many TEs flee from Rodgers and have good NFL careers. I think u can minimum expect what he did last year.... maybe even better in a system where TE is so important. I mean nobody wants to mention this but He only played in 58% of snaps last year.

hate to say it... i hope we trade for OJ Howard as opposed to drafting one. Cant get behind Troutman..... just don't see seperation skills on gape against low level comp.

Gronk traded and will play for Tampa.

Tampa now has Gronk.... OJ Howard and Cameron Brate. OJ will have to be traded now IMO.

I wonder if Tampa would take a 4th for OJ. Id do that **** right now if they would.

    Or a trade down from 2nd...like 2nd for OJ and a 4th.

I think i would do 43 (470) for OJ 76(210) + 117 (60) which would put OJ at about 200 points of value or a mid 3rd. You could also make it the 139 (36.5) instead of 117

What about Oakland, Pittsburgh, Kansas City? I'm shocked to see Oakland not mentioned in your top 5!

Best helmets imo are Cincinnati and St Louis.
