    Lions fire 6 Coaches

On Tuesday, the Detroit Lions announced the firing of six different coaches: special teams coordinator John Bonamego, linebackers coach Al Golden, assistant strength and performance coach Rodney Hill, football performance coordinator Harold Nash, defensive backs coach Brian Stewart and tight ends coach Chris White.

No news yet on what will happen with PP.

It is plausible that he stays around like Gunther Cunningham did but not in a major role.

I'm assuming so. I'm sure it can't be easy to tell his mentor he is fired, which is why I think they'll probably create a position for PP outside of the defensive coordinator spot.

He is probably going to be a defensive assistant.

This ^. Now the question is Patricia going to call the defensive plays or is he going to bring in someone else to call the plays.
