Kuzma to Alpha to fit Lebron? Vogel doesn't think Kuzma is a fit

wonder what the trade value is on him.

It’s no secret that third-year forward Kyle Kuzma is struggling to find his footing with the new-look Lakers this season.

Averaging career lows in points (11.1), minutes (23.1), rebounds (3.4), and field-goal percentage (43%), it’s just a fact to say he is in the midst of the worst stretch of his young career.

No doubt, his struggles can at least be partly attributed to his summer-long injury, which kept him from the first few weeks of the season. But could it also be something much deeper?

In a guest appearance on The Bills Simmons Podcast of The Ringer, ESPN’s Brian Windhorst suggested Kuzma may just be a bad fit with LeBron and the crew — and hinted that his lack of playing time could stem from head coach Frank Vogel feeling the same way.

“This is why I think Kuzma is struggling,” said Windhorst. “People are talking about Kuzma’s stats, his most important stat is his minutes played. Because Vogel doesn’t think he’s a good fit.

“If you look at the history of LeBron the last 12 years, two kinds of people have played with LeBron as complementary pieces: shooters and defenders.”

Kobe is a rapist that paid off a big settlement to keep playing in nba. Please don't speak of kobe to me again. I've posted a thread a few years ago bringing awareness to the case and someone had one last year that was similar and both shut down because Lakers fans can't handle the guy they worship is a rapist. I hate rapists. Coulda said dirk being a buck.

I was huge on keeping Kuzma but if this is true it hurts. Ingram coming off the bench avg 16ppg would have been huge. The Length of Davis and Ingram. darn it.

They are about the same. Different System. Kuzma would fit on a team that runs and hustles. ex Boston. Brown may be better defensively however.

His injury blood clot was a factor. But the year he is having and with Davis i think those two would have meshed. Looking bad at it. He cannot find that rookie magic and now hes injured on top of it.
