    gotta make sure the people doing hard time have fun and get once in a life time experiences..... no need for these guys to go to schools etc and do these events.

    My thoughts exactly. They should do these events at various high schools and have kids of all ages come, not in prisons for a bunch of low life garbage.

    Way to believe in rehabilitation, which prisons are supposed to facilitate (although they don't in reality). It's not like the NBA doesn't already hold a bunch of events in schools. Why should it do anything nice for all that "low life garbage," as you so eloquently generalize about all prisoners?
    I'm guessing neither of you read the article, unless you're truly butt-hurt about Trevor Ariza serving as co-captain and Luke Walton likely being the highest-profile NBA personality to play in a game of "NBA alumni, coaches and incarcerated individuals."
