I wonder if this new revelation with Cohen encourages him to make a big FA splash as a distraction. This news, his Twitter presence and the lack of movement is not a good combination for his public persona, and the sharks will start circling.

It is something to watch, but ultimately we are not even into game #1 yet of Cohen's tenure. It's NY, the sharks are always circling...non-stop. While I do not condone calling an employee names (which it seems from the article that is what this is...they are alluding to him using the "C" word), we all know the moment games start, all focus will be on that.

I do not know anything about this suit. Nor do I claim to.
