    https://youtu.be/RemewDSZmxo?t=78

How many games does Rudolph get? And does Garrett get punished for self defense?

"Hater" is a term used by weak minded people in the face of legitimate criticism.

Usually self-defense has to be within reasonable force, but maybe stand-your-ground laws apply when playing a home game.

If QBs are allowed to twist the head/neck of defenders until their helmet comes loose now, we're going to see some deaths on the NFL field.

Can't blame the guy for fighting back.

Rudolph was definitely in the wrong and deserves a suspension... But with how bad he is, maybe the real punishment would be making him continue to play.

But Garrett should be done for the year. What he did was inexcusable

Rudolph did charge at Garrett. I saw dummy boy James Harrison saying Garrett would be arrested if they were on the street. actually no, If on the street and someone charges violently at you, you are aloud to defend urself. So no dummy boy Harrison Garrett would not be arrested. Rich coming from the cheapshot Queen himself though.

That's like saying if someone walked towards me menacingly means I'm allowed to shoot them.

    Touche.

But saying that because Mason was walking at Myles like that and it makes it ok if it were on the street.....yeeesh. I think despite you, BDawk, and I disagreeing about what lead up to it, the action shouldn't be justified. Period.

Absolutely. Garrett should fear for his life. How will he ever recover. Cleveland going to do a go fund me for the therapy he needs for that charge?

Realistically both would have been arrested on the street, probably.

I'm sure some would argue on the street Garrett would be arrested because of his skin color, especially compared to Rudolph's. Maybe the folks claiming Rudolph was justified have the same issue.

there is never a justified reason for what the browns player did... i want the browns to be good but the dude shouldnt be allowed to play football anymore.... do you have any idea the damage that could have been done hitting him with the helmet?

Slightly less damage that what Rudolph was trying to do when twisting his head to snap his neck?
