Ahh that sucks I thought he might actually get a decent role but I don't even see it on his imdb page.

He very well may have a decent role. I fully expect that not even close to all the main players were introduced in the first episode. Heard in an interview with him that he is super grateful to Vince Gilligan for making his career as an actor (small role as one of Saul's cronies in Breaking Bad) and that Burr doesn't even really see himself as a real actor.

Maybe now I'll get around to watching the Star Wars movies. I've only ever seen Episode IV.

Surprised they didn't have Antman & The Wasp and Incredibles 2 on their yet. Those are two movies on my list of ones I want to watch.

From what I've read, Disney+ will never have the full collection of Marvel films. A bunch apparently also revert back to Netflix in 2026.

I get a year free like probably most other people (through my Verizon wireless). I don't think right now it's worth even just $7 a month. I am enjoying the Mandalorian but there's almost nothing else there of any value. Very lackluster. Good for kids, I guess. But even through that lens it still doesn't feel essential.

Apple tv also landed Tom hanks and Spielberg's new ww2 miniseries, Masters of Air. HBO passed up on it for some reason.

Agree... Maybe it's as simple as that. HBO has done enough WW2 miniseries.

But HBO is the best around at developing good shows, so it's concerning that they passed on it. If many studios thought it was going to be good, I don't think it would end up on Apple TV is all.
