I’ll eat Crowe on that one. I thought he was a generational talent but he’s been pretty bad in LA (still very small sample size tho)

    Your baby can't do this

Given the Rams have more defensive talent across the board, I think it's safe to say that Jalen wouldn't have moved the needle here.

He's talented, but the way rules favor receivers, you are better off allocating resources up front, IMO.

Agreed. Which is why I'm happy we didn't blow our load in trying to get him. We've actually been wise at not blowing resources on DBs in recent history. Just need to find a way to develop them (granted, we've done a decent job with Mills).

Absolutely laughable . He's played 3 games and his first game was strictly Julio jones, who beat him a but Ramsey also shut down. I'm sorry but that's a top 3 arguably top 2 WR in the league that no one can stop, but he held and slowed him down. Not to mention a lot of Julios catches came during garbage time. Then last 2 games hes given up a catch here and there but tackling against the run hes been great just a couple miscommunication between him and safeties which is suspected.

This is nitpicking at its finest.

Clowney, Minkah and Ramsey all 3 we should've blew our load on. Just putting an immense amount of pressure on Cox to perform which is unnecessary. Like I don't get what we possibly are preserving our first rounders for.

He hasn't been good. That's the point. Certainly not for the price.

Are CBs or Safeties ever elite after being drafted right away? Takes a couple games or so for you to adjust to the defense and get on the same page as your secondary mates. If he goes to a new team and someone blows an assignment he gets knocked for it but was it really his fault because that happened a couple times.

He hasn't been bad that's a humangous reach, he's still been good once their communication gets sorted out hell be back.

You never to no to elite talent especially top 5 talent on their side of the ball in their early 20s. Especially teams.like us that have had absolutely zero luck drafting any elite defensive players since fletcher cox.

Tell that to the PSD czars.

It's a discussion worth having and one that can continue through the season. So far, the trade is laughably bad. Time will tell.

Lol, oh how the discussion would be different if Ramsey had those numbers with us.

I don't see anyone making threads saying told you so about Minkah or Clowney both guys who ppl also were down to go in on. Same with Adams of jets.

    It's pretty pety and childish.

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me why a team.with a franchise QB, bookend tackle on both sides that are young still can't go all out in obtaining an elite talent in their early 20s.

Unless people think we r gonna b tank worthy bad in the next couple years to get a top 5 10 pick, we ain't walking into another Dillard. Were just going to live in mediocrity like the Falcons and bottom out eventually unless we continue swinging for the fences like Howie continually has.
